Refund Policy

The Real Estate Alumni Association (REAA) is committed to providing quality services and products to our members and event participants. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds for membership fees, event registrations, donations and other purchases made through our website.

Membership Fees

  1. Annual and One-Time Membership Fees: Annual and One-Time membership fees are non-refundable. Once your membership application is approved and payment is processed, you will have access to all member benefits for the duration of the membership term.

  2. Auto-Renewal: If your membership is set to auto-renew, you may cancel the auto-renewal at any time before the renewal date. No refunds will be issued for already processed renewals.

Event Registrations

  1. Cancellations by Participant: No refunds will be provided for cancellations for events. 

  2. Cancellations by REAA: If REAA cancels an event, REAA will make every effort possible to refund those individuals that have paid registration fees for the cancelled event. REAA is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by participants, such as travel or accommodation costs.

Products and Merchandise

  1. Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with a product purchased through our website, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the purchaser.

  2. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at usdreaa@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including shipping costs.

Donations

  1. Refunds on Donations: Donations made to REAA are non-refundable. If you believe there was an error in processing your donation, please contact us at usdreaa@gmail.com within 7 days of the donation date.

Processing Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the refund request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
